•Corporate Contact Information: Name, position, email, and phone of company representatives.
•Company Information: Corporate name, CNPJ, address, and details about positions to be filled.

5. With Whom Do We Share Your Data?
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information sharing occurs only in the following circumstances and for the purposes described in this Policy:
•Client Companies: We share Candidate data (resume and relevant information) with Client Companies that have positions compatible with the Candidate's profile. This sharing is essential for providing our recruitment services and occurs based on contract performance and your consent when applying.
•Service Providers and Partners: We may share your data with companies that assist us in operating our business, such as website hosting providers, email marketing platforms, data analysis tools (like Google Analytics), and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. We require all our partners to comply with the same data protection obligations as we do.
•Legal Authorities: We may share your personal data with police, judicial, administrative, or other governmental entities if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud.
•Corporate Transfers: In case of merger, acquisition, incorporation, or any other corporate operation involving Rely Talents, your data may be transferred to the new controlling entity, which will continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
6. How Long Do We Retain Your Data?

•Candidate Data: We will maintain your resume and data in our talent database for a period of 5 years from the last contact or update, or while you consent. After this period, your data will be anonymized or securely deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it longer.
•Client Company Data: We will retain data while the commercial relationship is active and, after termination, for the period necessary to comply with legal and tax obligations.
•Navigation Data: Cookie data is retained according to the periods defined in our Cookie Policy.
